 Kieta
Kieta is
a harbor side town that used to contain a resort and fishing club.
Kieta now has a memorial to WWII which includes a Japanese Tank,
Japanese Zero and we also found the grave of an Australian digger
who died.
The town looks like it would have
had a thriving tourism industry and had all the normal modern facilities
including a post office and communications centre.
